Reflection of the COMP1900 course concepts on Programming of new software

Hey all,

I think the contents of the course is relevant to programming and making of new software like Windows.

If we are trying to make a new program like a new operating system we have to take all the course's major themes into consideration.

It has to have a good interface to mediate our experience. This highly affects how we can use our computer and how powerful the computer will be in a sense of usability and utility. We will have a wide range of software to install on the computer (alternative software for a specific task) and this should be noted when an operating system is being developed.
Other issues are also involved including ethical or privacy issues. Developers should respect the privacy of users and make decisions accordingly. As an example for this we can note the little amount of personal information that we send to developers company when a software crashes!
